Plan our session together

This includes talking dates, weather, backup-plans, safety concerns and  "must have" shots. Our planning time also helps us get to know you better and how we can make your session truly unique and memorable.

When you've decided to work with us, we like to jump on a video call to plan your session together .

Photo day!

Pack your bags it's photo day! We head out to our chosen location and set up for some fun. We capture mainly candid shots of your family, with some light direction to help maximize the potential of the shot. We might be interested in the gear you've brought along, special skills you may have or some of your family's inside jokes or stories. The goal is to have a good time and get some great shots.

It's great to bring special items that are meaningful to you like favourite pieces of gear, a special memento or your favourite adventure snacks. These all make great shots!

ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER

"My name is Kirsten and I am a parent, an adventurer, and a Photographer by trade.

There is nothing that makes our family feel more grounded and connected than sharing outdoor adventures together. When I realized that many families most cherished times and memories are when they are sharing their passion for the outdoors together, I decided to create Adventure Family Photo."
